Everyone is having a unique life experience, and we each have life history, independent viewpoints and personal feelings or attachments to things. Withhold judgment of others' choices and truths.

No harassment of any kind

If you agree with something someone is saying, support them, cheer them on; if you disagree, make note for yourself about why, but do not criticize, shame nor hate-speak other group members.

Anything shared here is confidential and cannot be shared outside this platform. This is how we build a safe and trust-based group. Honoring confidentiality gives you and others safe space to share.

No problem-solving for others

Someone may ask for advice, but we are not here to fix things for others. Working through situations on our own and coming to self-realizations fosters self-leadership, self-actualization and growth.

Be kind, respectful, have grace and an open heart

This is intimate and challenging work, and when we honor these tenets for ourselves first, we have greater capacity to hold them for others.
