Let me support you bringing your energy back into alignment and harmony.  Working through the Chakras, I aim to address imbalances in your energy field, clear old patterns, and open space for you to feel more vibrant, peaceful and at ease.

Personalized practices to support your whole wellbeing, from gentle movement to meditation, breath techniques and yoga wisdom, all in support of managing stress, grief and shifting into a more positive mindset.

Energy knows no limits of space and time, which allows Reiki to be transmitted over distance.  Experience the same benefits of an in-person Reiki session from the comfort of your home.

Not local for in-person?  Yoga Therapy's benefits can be equally experienced over virtual sessions.  Your practice, your mat, your home, and I'll guide you to bring the same yoga principles into life.

A Reiki Trial Session is a great way to get a sense for the effects of energy balancing and for you to get to know my style.  In this short session, we'll talk through what feels out of balance and identify key areas to address.  New clients only.

My signature wellbeing program: helping you to better know yourself and live in connection with your purpose.  Our purpose changes with time and through my program you're guided to rediscover YOU!
