From corporate burn out to yogi lifestyle
Five years ago, I thought I had it all - a great career, a beautiful home, wonderful friends and a lifestyle where I could travel when I wanted. But it wasn't ME. When I finally realized I was stuck, it was a lightbulb moment, and now, I feel so aligned, living a life rooted in yoga, and honoring my truth. As my guiding principle in this work, I support clients to reconnect with their innate wellness, uncovering health beneath deeply rooted habits and beliefs, to shift into more authenticity and harmony for all parts of their lives.
