Intro 1:1 Therapeutic Yoga with Jen

Service Description

In this 60-minute session, you'll work with RYT yoga teacher, Jen Rizza, to address your unique wellness goals and understand how yoga best supports you. She will customize a practice and lead you through stretches, postures, meditation, breathwork and reflection, matched to your individual needs. Jen teaches from a body-awareness and mindful-movement focus, based on the Hatha and yoga therapy models. She is additionally certified in Restorative and Yin styles and often incorporates these practices in a session. Working 1:1 gives you space to focus on what YOU uniquely need, meeting you where you are, physically, energetically, mentally/emotionally and spiritually. Many clients see profound results after a private session and are able to implement positive changes in their lives immediately.
