In this 20 minute video call, we'll explore areas where you'd like support to experience greater presence and purpose in your life. If you're looking for personal growth coaching or mentorship, personalized yoga to expand or start your practice, information about Reiki and it's therapeutic benefits, schedule a time to talk with Jen to explore your goals. This is your time to share what you're seeking and find out if we're a good mutual fit. Finding the right person to work with is about a synergy, a complementary energetic exchange, and feeling safe in a space of trust. I look forward to hearing from you!
